John McGuinness: No, because we have not received all the information. That is still coming in. The HSE is spending a considerable amount of money, approximately €50 million. SOLAS, formerly FÁS, has a considerable budget, so we need to get those details. When we have them over the next week or so, we will bring them in.

We are in the process of gathering the facts and figures around this.
