Naoise Ó Muirí: Dr. Kinnane mentioned the use of timber for mid-rise buildings. This is the second time we have heard about this issue. What is the situation there? Obviously compact development is where we want to go, so we have to go up. We are saying that timber, although it is sustainable, is not acceptable under the standards at present. Is this what Dr. Kinnane is saying? Is it that we cannot do it?
