Joanna Tuffy: Amendment No. 13 in the name of Deputy Ó Snodaigh has been ruled out of order as a potential charge on the Exchequer. His proposal that the family income supplement should be increased could involve a charge on the Exchequer and, therefore, the amendment must be ruled out of order in accordance with Standing Order 1563.
