Frances Fitzgerald: It should be possible for the guidelines to be circulated. Certain costs have been agreed already by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in respect of the commission. They break down between the costs of the sole member and legal costs, which, at this stage, are assumed to include administrative costs. They were included in the figure I quoted.
