Terry Leyden: I am delighted that Senator Mullins has taken an interest in the Roscommon-Galway constituency, where he looks like a potential candidate. He will have to resolve the water issue long before he dips his toe in that water.

The construction of Irish Water shows the ineptitude of the Government. I look back at Charlie Haughey, who, as Taoiseach, established the IFSC, which currently employs 50,000 people.
