Colm Burke: There could be a situation where there is only one contact made in the year. Is the level of backup support adequate? The retailer might feel that it is not adequate. It would be interesting to see what level of support there is for retailers. If retailers are not contacting, it then means they do not believe the service is adequate.

Colm Burke: I accept that but the problem is that we have clear evidence that nursing homes are in serious financial difficulty. I know of one nursing home in which there is interest from outside Ireland and the holding company is in difficulty. If those nursing homes come back on the market, we may not have a purchaser for them because people do not see a return on their investment. We need to-----
