Pat Breen: I thank Deputy Bernard Durkan. Members should confine their remarks to questions rather than statements. Everyone wants to contribute. Pat Breen: A vote has been called in the Dáil but I will call Deputy Ó Snodaigh. We will break then for the vote during which the Minister will have time to digest all the questions.
