Brendan Griffin: That is the anomaly we are looking to have addressed, because it makes no sense. It is a disincentive to have a more modern piece of equipment, and it makes no sense. That is why we are looking for the RSA to address this.

Brendan Griffin: In terms of speed limits and travelling within speed limits, the app records where a person is using GPS and knows when one is in a 50 km/h zone or an 80 km/h zone. This is why there are ramifications for the general travelling public. This is something that could easily be applied to every single vehicle, as opposed to having speed guns at the side of the road.
