Emmet Stagg: I want the Chair's assistance in trying to discover a method I can use, in the parliamentary sense, to establish the facts on home help cuts and the funding for them. There are two contradictory answers on the record and I cannot find a way of asking a question to establish the reality. With regard to questions on health issues, we can no longer get an answer to our questions in the House...
