John Perry: I wish to raise the matter of illegal fishing at Killybegs in terms of the Sea Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Bill. A Garda inquiry into such activity has been ongoing for 12 months and we still await a report on that. When will it be published? The inquiry is having a major impact on the Killybegs fishery, in which major State investment has been made.
