Michael Creed: My Department provided  a number of staff on duty at the recent Banagher Horse Fair over the weekend of Saturday 17 and  Sunday 18 September to support An Garda Síochána, Customs Division ofRevenue and Offaly County Council, and provision of advice on equine welfare, equine registration and identification matters. The cost to my Department was in the region of €1,400.
