Hildegarde Naughton: I remember when the Labour Party used to stand for something. Once upon a time, the Labour Party would have been in a Government like this and putting its stamp on it. It was a party of principle as opposed to a party of opportunism.

Hildegarde Naughton: These days, the only thing the Labour Party puts stamps on are the envelopes for the planning objections it loves lodging, opposing housing and apartments to purchase and rent, many of which are on publicly-owned land.
