In his opening statement, Mr. Sloyan stated the functions of the regulator under the Act include considering for approval certain matters relating to the national lottery, including schemes for national lottery games. Our job is to test whether there is sufficient regulation. From what I have heard so far I have a view but I have a number of questions...
