Louise O'Reilly: I mean at the level of the employment. What if that entitlement were banked year on year? In the case of the Debenhams workers it is two plus two. Two is statutory and the other two will be part of their work. Has any consideration been given to banking that entitlement? Has the Minister of State discussed this with employers and the workers' representatives?
