If the witnesses are telling me that the €50 million that has been spent constitutes a list of assets, I do not care how they categorise them for the regulator at the moment. I just want the list of assets. If Irish Water has paid for a table, a chair, a computer or a piece of software, it must list the assets.

This is an extraordinary amount of money and needs to be explained. Could we please have a list of assets showing that Irish Water has purchased efficiently and cost effectively?
