Steven Matthews: The only reasons you would have to move would be to pump out, to take on fresh water or to meet other service requirements you may have. When you go to a pump-out station, and Mr. Harkin said he wants to install more of them on the network, do you pay per litre of what you take on, or per litre of discharge? What do you pay for a once-off service or how does that work?

Steven Matthews: To be clear, to access the canal from Limerick, Dublin or wherever else, there is a €200 charge per year.
