Jim O'Callaghan: I welcome the Revenue Commissioners before the committee. I did not get an opportunity to congratulate them on their annual report. It was the centenary report and that is the reason it deserves to be recognised. The Revenue Commissioners are probably one of the few large institutions in Ireland which has not incurred any significant reputational damage since it was established....
