Steven Matthews: Somebody who is living in an unserviced berth obviously has to avail of services such as water and sewerage discharges at some point. Is there a proposal to improve those services? One of the issues that has been raised with me is that at one point extensive wastewater discharge services were not available and required a lot of travel.

The view is that the extended mooring permit, EMP, has increased the €126 fee for an unserviced site to €254. It is alleged that there is a €300 service charge in Grand Canal Dock, which is not set out in the schedule of charges, and...
