Denis O'Donovan: I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Deputy Anthony Doyle, and also acknowledge the presence of Deputy Michael Darcy in the Visitors Gallery with his students who I assume are from County Wexford, not County Wicklow. I thank him for coming into the Chamber as it is good to see former Members coming back to show respect for it.
