Kathleen Lynch: I reassure the Deputy that not only will a liaison officer be put in place for the residents in respect of the construction but a plan will also be put in place in regard to it. Traffic, dust, noise, starting times and finishing times are important considerations when constructing a building so near to a residential area, and I assure the Deputy they will be considered.
