Michael Ring: I have two questions for the Tánaiste. First, has the Government held discussions with the Garda Commissioner to ascertain the up-to-date position with the Garda inquiry into the banks? If we were talking about ordinary citizens, the inquiry would be well over by now. Why is special treatment being given to the banks?
