Thomas Pringle: I point out to the Minister of State that the Minister for Finance did not say that in his Budget Statement. I specifically checked for it in the budget because it happened last year. While the Minister mentioned the increase in motor taxation in his Budget Statement, he did not mention that the revenue accruing from it would go specifically towards writing down our debt.
