- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Communications, Climate Change and Natural Resources: Estimates for Public Services 2016: Vote 29 - Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (21 Sep 2016)
Timmy Dooley: I welcome the Minister. I would like to concentrate on the future rather than the past because he is ahead of profile in terms of his spend. Timmy Dooley: I have some questions on broadcasting. Following his appointment, the Minister indicated that he was going to move away from the notion of a broadcasting charge, which was mentioned by a previous Minister, with a view to generating additional revenue for RTE to meet its commitments.
