Finian McGrath: This is a very serious issue. Some of my colleagues in the Labour Party think it is funny, but it is not funny for the people of Clontarf. This barrier will hugely damage our local tourism industry, particularly small businesses along the bay. It will particularly impact on our 2014 celebrations of the Battle of Clontarf, when we hope to have tourists coming from Norway, Sweden and Denmark....
