Michael Fitzmaurice: I will advise the witnesses to do one thing. I am no expert on fishing so I will not claim to be something I am not, but I followed the nature restoration law. At the end of next month, it will be voted on in Brussels. I know that the proposal on marine areas has been watered down a bit, but if what they are proposing on land is anything to go by, even watered down, it would be detrimental...
