Charlie McConalogue: Not Dutch multinationals, that is for sure. The wee boatman in County Down is very welcome. We have no problem with the wee boatman in County Derry or County Antrim. They can knock themselves out and come and fish in Irish waters, but not Dutch multinationals. People using an address in the North of Ireland to plunder the natural resource and displace Irish fishermen are not welcome.
