Bernard Durkan: I will make the suggestion that we expand the laboratories to cater for the kinds of situations I have referred to. It would obviously be more reliable, provided we have the expertise, to deal with these situations at home rather than to have to export them. There are another couple of small issues I want to deal with on the Vote.
