What is the status of the report, which proposed the Grangegorman Development Agency for abolition? Will the Government provide time for a debate on the McCarthy report, which is a fundamental aspect of its pre-budget strategy?

Joan Burton: The McCarthy report is a major Government report. It has never been debated in this House even though it will have huge consequences for education and health services.
