Pat Breen: I wish to ask about the role of the African Union and neighbouring countries such as Ethiopia which has been very accommodating to refugees fleeing the conflict and Uganda. When I was in Uganda I met the foreign Minister and he talked about the role his country had played. Have the neighbouring countries and the African Union made a real effort to try to reach a settlement with these people?
