Willie O'Dea: In that case, the Minister would not regard the cuts to children's allowance, carer's allowance and the length people are paid jobseeker's allowance as core cuts. Her definition is extremely narrow. Fianna Fáil can take pride from the fact it increased social welfare rates in this country very substantially, unlike the Labour Party.

His brother-in-law is a serving member at Henry Street Garda station.
