Bernard Durkan: Why was an underspend recorded in some areas? Given the essential nature of the need to install the services fully for the benefit of the patients and delivery of the services, why the underspend? How did that come about?

Bernard Durkan: How safe are the HSE systems? How foolproof are they? Can they withstand electronic attacks, or whatever the case may be? We know what happened in the past. That was through no fault of the witnesses but it happened. How can the HSE prevent that and protect records against an attack of that nature in the future?
