Paschal Donohoe: Under the Vehicle Clamping Act 2015, the NTA will be the independent regulator of clamping activities wherever they are operated. The Department has recently finalised with the NTA the appropriate time to commence this legislation with a view to ensuring that the new arrangements operate effectively.
