Michael Mullins: I understand that it will be next year before a system will be in place to test drivers for drugs at the roadside. I urge the Minister, if at all possible, to bring forward the date for the introduction of the system. Many lives are being lost as a result of people driving under the influence of drugs. It is a serious situation and one that cannot be allowed to continue for much longer.
