The last great Irish EU Presidency was in 1990, when the Leader of the House, Dr. Mansergh, Senator Daly and I were members of the Council of Ministers.

Terry Leyden: I am going beyond what was in the letter. I would make it available but they have not gone that far. It is a very reasonable point of view. Bringing forward legislation that excludes a person from making a living is a strange idea. It is extraordinary when one thinks about it.
