Camillus Glynn: It is completely inconsistent in the decisions it hands down. I have one very brief example. I could take a person to a part of north Westmeath where a young man was refused planning permission on his own farm, yet planning permission has been granted for houses that could be seen from as far away as Toorendohenybeg. So inconsistency is the main word for An Bord Pleanála. It is a joke.
