We have the Minister of State standing in for her colleague and she is not obviously equipped with the information that Deputy Munster is seeking. Equally, the question, while it is valid and important, is not as specific as it might be. There is that difficulty.

On Tuesday, 15 November, on the question that the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and, in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.
