Neasa Hourigan: I thank Dr. Henry. The last time Mr. Gloster was before the committee, we were talking about the move away from private management consultants. Last year, he set a target of a reduction of 30% and he was fairly confident that would be reached by quarter 4, I believe. I wonder where we are in that regard now.
