Ciarán Lynch: I thank the Minister and ask that he provide an electronic copy of his opening statement which will be posted on the committee's website. I thank him and his officials for coming before the committee and engaging in what has been a very useful and open discussion. The committee looks forward to reviewing progress as the plan is implemented in the next three years.
