I needed to have been issued a copy of the Bill beforehand so that when I say that I agree with a section as proposed, I have evidence to that effect.

Bernard Durkan: In the event of a dispute arising in the incurring of expenses in administering any functions under the Act to such extent as may be sanctioned by the Minister for Finance, payable out of money provided by the Oireachtas, is there any danger that there is likely to be a dispute over money in that case and who calls the shots?
