Shane Ross: I refer to a report issued to the Higher Education Authority on 3 June 2011 from Deloitte in response to a request from Mr. Boland. Is Mr. Boland aware of the report to which I am referring?

Shane Ross: If Mr. Boland cannot answer the question, perhaps one of the delegates from Waterford Institute of Technology will be able to. Is it correct that Deloitte was commissioned to produce the report?

Shane Ross: Does that in any way give rise to a conflict of interest? Surely Deloitte should have been the last company to be chosen because, presumably, it was getting fees elsewhere from Waterford Institute of Technology?
