Seán Kyne: On the increase in the HSE workforce since 2019 of 28,246 whole-time equivalents, obviously a share of those have gone into the CAMHS, I imagine. What is the main driver of the waiting this? Obviously demand is increasing but is it posts not filled and funded or a difficulty getting the required skills? What is the main reason?
