Imelda Munster: The research carried out by the Housing Commission estimates the number of homes required. The Government target delivery for this year is 29,000. The Housing Commission estimates that what is needed is anywhere between 40,000 and 62,000. That is almost or more than double what the Government estimates needs to be delivered. Who is right and who is wrong?
