- Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, and Taoiseach: Finance Bill 2025: Committee Stage (Resumed) (6 Nov 2025)
Mairéad Farrell: I have a few points on the Minister's response there. One is in relation to the regional and that the Minister already has a role there. - Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, and Taoiseach: Finance Bill 2025: Committee Stage (Resumed) (6 Nov 2025)
Mairéad Farrell: Just for clarity, it is my understanding that the number of productions in receipt of section 481 tax credits which employ an Irish-based composer or use any Irish-based music contribution continues to remain static at just 30%. It was not about the music scene in Britain. The Minister may not have that information to hand. For clarity purposes, I wanted to make that clear.
