Kathleen Lynch: I am aware of the issue raised by the Deputy, which came to light in the context of finalising the HSE Service Plan 2013. This however did not contribute to any delay in agreeing the plan. The original figure of 10.7 million Home Help hours was too high because of problems of data collection which have now been addressed. The figure of 10.3 million hours is in fact the correct one.
