Róisín Shortall: There is a lack of clarity because the weekly Dáil schedule provides that statements will adjourn at 2.30 p.m. We did not anticipate earlier that we would run out of speakers and so it did not appear the issue of the Minister for Finance attending would arise today. The position has now changed.
