Eamon Gilmore: It is now February and if the Taoiseach is thinking of having a referendum in 2010, with all that entails, I imagine he would be fairly advanced in his thinking about whether or not it was going to take place. There is a gap in the Dáil schedule in June, which is a week when no sittings are planned.
