Jackie Cahill: I am not telling the witnesses their business, but the land restoration policy is a major policy coming from Brussels. It would be no harm to become familiar with what is being proposed. Deputy Browne is saying that, under that proposal, some land currently planted will not be allowed to be replanted after it has been clear-felled.
