Colm Burke: These are the sections the witnesses believe need to the amended, including section 11, and the issue in regard to criminal prosecution of medical practitioners. The Act provides for an annual report under section 18. My understanding is that the report is being made available to the Minister by 30 June but I understand that report is not published.
