Terry Leyden: There should be liaison between the Minister for Education and Skills and the First Minister and Deputy First Minister, as well as the Minister for Education in Northern Ireland, to bear in mind the position that has arisen here and to allow for the fact that those students are providing very large fees from this jurisdiction to the Northern jurisdiction.
