Alex White: The advice the Minister of State received appears not to be correct. If the section is to be passed in its current form it will lead to the type of exposure outlined. With respect, the Minister of State is wrong in this regard. If he is resting on the advice obtained, even in the face of the point having been put to him, there is not a great deal that can be done.
